Future Projects: The Fuller Center of San Fernando Valley will be host to the 2012 Bike Adventure. They will participate in a Greater Blessing project while hosting the 2012 Bike Adventure. Who we are:
The Fuller Center for Housing of the Fernando Valley has a demographic area of over 320 square miles with a population of over 1.9 million. It is a diverse area socially, economically, and ethnically. San Fernando Fuller Center will focus on the the rehab of existing, distressed homes in several pocket areas within the Valley through the Greater Blessing program. Church partnerships will be an important part of the collaborative initiatives of the San Fernando Valley Fuller Center for Housing.
First Project:
First project of this mission was completed by The Fuller Center for Housing of the San Fernando Valley. The home owned and lived in for many years by an elderly community leader and advocate was in a sad state of affairs. Her roof had been leaking for several months, and damage had made some areas simply unlivable. In addition to that, there were plumbing problems which included stopped drains, an inoperative shower, and a broken disposal in the kitchen.
