David Snell dsnell@fullercenter.org President David is a veteran of Habitat leadership, serving in the field in the United States and in Mexico for almost 10 years. He is a former director of Habitat’s Education Ministries and spent seven years as president of Habitat for Humanity Colorado. When The Fuller Center started, David oversaw the formation and growth of new Fuller Center projects and partnerships, with a focus on international covenant partners. He traveled extensively around the world in that capacity. In February 2009, the board voted him to be The Fuller Center’s second president after the death of founder Millard Fuller. |
Faith Fuller ffuller@fullercenter.org Vice President of Communications As the middle daughter of Millard and Linda Fuller, Faith has a lifetime volunteering and working for this ministry, starting when she was just six years old and living in Congo, Africa. Faith oversees all communications for The Fuller Center, including media, public relations, marketing, Web and publications. She has two decades of domestic and international reporting and film making experience, including nearly 10 years as Senior Video Producer with Habitat for Humanity International. Faith produced and directed the Emmy-winning PBS documentary, "Briars in the Cotton Patch: The Story of Koinonia Farm." |
bblack@fullercenter.org Director of Donor Development Beverly brings over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing, public relations, non-profit work, event planning and media. She has achieved much of her success through her strength in partnership development with both corporate and non-corporate entities. She is a Louisiana native, and holds a B.A. in Mass Communication from the University of Louisiana Lafayette. Beverly leads and oversees the global fundraising efforts of the Fuller Center. Her focus is in building new major donor partnerships with corporations, and individual donors. She works closely with our covenant partners, both domestic and international, assisting them in fundraising programs and events. |
Glen Barton gbarton@fullercenter.org Vice President, U.S. Field Operations The Fuller Center's "boots on the ground" are worn by Glen, a 13-year Habitat veteran with over 30 years of experience in banking and non-profit management. Prior to joining The Fuller Center, Glen was Affiliate Support Manager for Habitat International, doing development and interface work with various Habitat affiliates. Glen works on a national level with Fuller Center covenant partners, traveling all over the country to assist each with construction, administration, organization and training. |
Kirk Lyman-Barner kirk@fullercenter.org Director of Covenant Partner Development Kirk founded Almost Heaven Habitat for Humanity in Pendleton Co., W. Va., and was its executive director for 11 years, leading it to be recognized as the most productive rural Habitat affiliate. Kirk develops, organizes and nurtures newly forming covenant partners in cities where concerned groups have come together and asked to join the Fuller Center. He also oversees the innovative Faith Builders program as well as Planned Giving. |
Ryan Iafigliola ryani@fullercenter.org Director of International Field Operations Ryan helped lead the Habitat chapter at Notre Dame and the Inward Bound program in Cleveland, Ohio before joining The Fuller Center. Affectionately titled the "Director of Everything Else," he started as a volunteer to work hand-in-hand with his hero Millard Fuller and to create the Bicycle Adventure and Student Builders. Today he is on staff and works closely with David Snell developing our international programs. |
kathy@fullercenter.org Director of Finance Kathyie manages and oversees the finances at the Fuller Center as well as Koinonia Farm. She worked for many years at Habitat for Humanity. Kathyie is a longtime friend of the Fuller family. |
Brenda Bartonbrenda@fullercenter.org Administrative Support for Field Operations, U.S. Brenda is the link between covenant partners and the Americus-based staff. She makes sure partners have the right communication tools and monitors their progress. Brenda gathers and sends news, photos and project updates from the field, enabling the rest of the communications team to keep our publications and Web site current. |
Katherine Stump Fullerkatherine@fullercenter.org Director of Online Marketing and Fundraising A 2008 graduate of American University in Washington, D.C., with a degree in journalism and political science, Katherine joined the staff in August 2008 after cycling from California to Georgia with the inaugural Fuller Center Bicycle Adventure. Katherine works on fundraising and development, designs and writes for the newsletters and helps create marketing materials for our programs. (By coincidence, Katherine is now a Fuller through her recent marriage. Her husband has no known family ties to Millard and Linda Fuller.) |
Cathy Smithcsmith@fullercenter.org Office and Travel Manager Cathy began working with Millard and Linda at Habitat in 1999. She is now the office manager of The Fuller Center and arranges travel and special events for the Fullers’ speaking engagements. Cathy is also the human resources coordinator for our U.S.-based staff. |
Erica Moody emoody@fullercenter.org Database and Donor Manager Erica processes donations to The Fuller Center and payments for Global Builder trips as well as the reports and receipts that accompany them. She maintains our database of partners and supporters and analyzes data for our fund-raising and communications efforts. |

Administrative Associate
A graduate of Georgia State University with a degree in Journalism, Celia originally was responsible for a large portion of Millard's voluminous correspondence. After Millard's passing, she transitioned to the job of Grant Writer, approaching Foundations and corporations for funds to help with various Fuller Center projects. She is also responsible for keeping all State renewals current.

Executive Assistant to the President
Sharon is the assistant to President David Snell. Sharon worked with Millard Fuller for over a decade both at Habitat for Humanity and The Fuller Center for Housing. Millard called Sharon his human encyclopedia, database and back-up memory. She has continued in her role — now helping Mr. Snell who took over as President of the Fuller Center after Millard’s death in February 2009.

Financial Systems Volunteers
Ralph has worked as a corporate controller for several for-profit corporations and various non-profits since the late 1960s. He has also worked for a Christian community, People of Praise, since 1985. Sarah has assisted him in his accounting practices for over 20 years. They work with Nathan on general accounting, maintaining the accuracy of information and generating monthly financial reports.
Gloria Bryant gbryant@fullercenter.org Receptionist Gloria is the friendly voice and smiling face of The Fuller Center headquarters. She was a family social worker at the Georgia Dept. of Human Resources for 25 years and has been the pastor at Word of Faith Ministry since 1999. |
Stacey Goolsby stacey@fullercenter.org Registrar Stacey organizes and processes registrations for all Fuller Center events. In addition, she handles lots of paperwork and communications for the Global Builders Program and other Fuller Center programs. |

Graphic Design
A 2008 graduate of Oregon State University with a degree in Graphic Design, Richard is splitting his time between the Fuller Center for Housing and Koinonia Farms. He does graphic design work for both. Richard is in Americus as a volunteer with the Mennonite Voluntary Service program.
