My wife and I are the only American business owners in the Las Penitas-Leon, Nicaragua area. We do our best to support this humanitarian mission by giving major discounts for lodging at our #1 rated ocean front hotel. My long term objective for the Playa Roca Beach Hotel though is to finish my Playa Roca Learning and Language Center which will provide education to the locals for English, math and some construction knowledge.
