David Snell, President of The Fuller Center opened the 2nd Annual Covenant Partner Conference with over 100 covenant partners and attendees. Covenant Partners gathered for two days of workshops and information sharing. In between general sessions there were workshops covering topics ranging from Disaster Preparedness to green building initiatives.

The conference concluded with a tour of the Shreveport neighborhood Allendale. The site for Fuller Center for Housing's first building initiative, "Building on Higher Ground."
