The Fuller Center for Housing of Central Kentucky was born in the heart of Kentucky in June 2008. Its focus is on the counties of Clark, Montgomery and Powell. The Fuller Center for Central Kentucky continues to broaden its scope by reaching out to several other agencies and churches to form partnerships. Meetings with many local churches are part of the plan to bring diversity to the board. Over 82 churches have been invited to come hear about partnering with Fuller Center for Housing of Central Kentucky.

Projects:

Two Greater Blessing Box projects being worked on currently are slated to be dedicated during the week of the Millard Fuller Legacy Build, Augst 30 -Sept. 4.  The Fuller Center Bike Adventure Tour made a stop in Winchester on their 1,300 mile journey to the Guld Coast to help with these projects. These 2 projects are for an elderly woman who’s porch was replaced, and an elderly gentleman who’s home had been condemned. The bike tour volunteers helped with both projects as they stopped to participate in a work day in Winchester. Volunteers and donations are still needed to help with the projects. For more information on this event please contact Shannon Cox at (859) 437-0135.
