Fuller Center Bicycle Adventure
Segment 1: Savannah, GA to Montgomery, AL
Back to Whole Way Go to Segment 2
June 7 - June 16
Help our trip get off to an exciting start by joining us in Savannah, GA for the grand kick-off of our journey. We'll start on Tybee Island with a brief orientation on Friday followed by a tire dip in the Atlantic Saturday before we head to Savannah where we'll finish up the rest of orientation. Sunday we'll depart Savannah as we head out on another unforgettable summer adventure. If a walk of a thousand miles begins with a single step, then a ride of over 3,700 miles begins with a single pedal. This is it.
Our journey will begin with a peaceful ride through the countryside of south Georgia as we make our way to the Fuller Center headquarters located in Americus, GA. Once in Americus, we will take a day off from riding to help with a local build project. We then cross over into Alabama where our next build day is located in Lanett, AL, the hometown of Millard Fuller.
